The GB Team is ready to compete in 19 sports and are accompanied by 19 Head
Coaches, 22 Coaches and five support team members
Special Olympics Great Britain is a registered charity and currently serves 8,000 children,
young people and adults through our network of 150 sports clubs who provide our year round
country-wide training and competition programme. We are part of the Special
Olympics Movement that started in USA and is now present in over 170 countries.
